Bespoke rifle and gun inserts which can be manufactured from Polyethylene foam routed to the finished size and shape and heat sealed to give the optimum finish.
Missile protection cradles which again can be routed to the finished item size with the tightest of tolerances, Polyethylene foam has excellent shock absorption properties ideal for this application.

Ethafoam foams continue to meet the highest standards of excellence without compromising on safety or quality. Ethafoam is produced to meet the most stringent of Military tests the M grade of Ethafoam specifically addresses the less than 10% LEL (Lower Explosion Limit) of residual blowing agents required for enclosed military applications.
Compressive creep is used to measure the cushioning performance of a packaging material placed under constant load over an extended period of time. A material with a creep loss of 10% or less as does Ethafoam does means it complies with AA-59136.
Anti Static foams are only available in non-cross linked foams and are pink in colour, this material is essential in protecting sensitive electronic components from static charges and vibration.
